Pork with pickled bean curd... Ahhhhhh... I will cooked that today for my family lunch... Sadapppp...
It was a simple delicacies that i learned from my mom long ago before i got married.. Its so yumny..
The recepe are :
- 1/2 kg of pork (potong nipis-nipis)
- pickled red bean curd (4 cube)
- Garlic
- Shallot
- 1 tabble spoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tea spoon sugar
Mix pork with bean curd
Fry garlic and shallot until golden brown, add in the pork, fry until dry a bit. Add in the oyster sauce and sugar. Add a little bit of water to moist it. Tutup periuk... Tunggu 5 minit. Then serve it... Gulpp! Habisss... Hahahaha~~
